The hotel is clean and away from the hustle and bustle. The venue has modern rooms with a fridge, microwave, and air conditioning. The staff are very helpful and managed the parking nearby. I just want to say thank you!

It was the worse experience of our life bed bugs, bed bugs, bed bugs, it was disgusting we had to call the police, because the only person on duty chris wasn'T. Manager and wouldn't do anything.and to top it off while waiting for the police what do we see a roach yess this motel is very nasty and should be shut down !!!!!! and I reported then to the dept. Of health I am still upset about this may4 2012

Great place to stay for a trip to Memphis. Our favorite, low-budget hotel in Memphis with hard-working and genuinely helpful staff. Fairly clean bathroom and great value for a brand-new room. Good sleep in a comfortable bed.

It was the dirtiest most uncomfortable and loud room I have ever stayed in. We entered the room at 1130 at night there were dirt finger prints everywhere. I have pictures of the grime on the walls, tv, and bathroom bathtub and dryer. The dance club across the street though very entertaining to my kids, had police chases, security kicking people out and several fights. I was so tired and nervous about the area that I just went to sleep rather than complaining. At 05 i woke to yellong in the parking lot and a tv so loud i couldnt go back to sleep. I couldn't even take a shower I was so disgusted.

I liked the staff, even though it took them almost an hour to do a room that already had a reservation

It was hair still all in the covers from previous guests. The entire first floor was filled with mounds of furniture like someone was not finished preparing the hotel for to be stayed in, and the breakfast was crappy, tasted like bricks, and the night shift guy locks all the doors at 10pm each night so he can sleep on the lobby couch.

Great hotel conveniently located near the airport, entertainment, industrial area, Graceland, and the city center. A variety of breakfast options offered. Early check-in available with nearby parking.

The pool was not readily available. Room did not smell fresh, was very uncomfortable.
